At Sahara Dust Storm, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be sealed, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Note: Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  2. Provide a detailed description and attach photos of the damage.
  3. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at any time before the item has been processed. Once the item has been processed, cancellations are no longer possible.
